Mudville Coaches Attends Northwest Baseball Coaching Convention

Portland, OR – Five Mudville coaches attended the 2010 NWBC Baseball Convention, held on January 15-17, 2010 at the Embassy Suites PDX in Portland, Oregon. Peter Summerville Commits to Santa Clara University!

Seattle, WA – Peter Summerville, Mudville's starting catcher, has committed to play at Santa Clara University for Head Coach Mark O’Brien.  He will sign his National Letter of Intent in November 2009.  Summerville becomes the sixth Mudville player in the past three years to sign a National Letter of Intent for a NCAA Division 1 scholarship. 2009 Team Finishes Season with 58 Wins!

Fourth at AABC Connie Mack Regionals!!!

Hayward, CA - The 2009 Washington State Champions (53-21) finished the 2009 Connie Mack Regionals in 4th place behind the three of the five California area champions.  This finish is the club's highest AABC Connie Mack finish in their history, completing their Mack season with a 24-9 season, just two wins from advancing to the World Series in Farmington, NM.  Read More...

Welcome to Mudville Baseball

The 2010 season is the 11th anniversary of the Mudville Youth Baseball Club (MYBC). "The Club of Champions" is a 501-C(3) not-for-profit organization based on Mercer Island, WA, founded in 1999. MYBC teaches and develops life skills for children through the games of baseball and softball.

Mudville is a nationally recognized, multi-team, select level baseball club located in the Seattle Metropolitan area. A non-profit youth baseball organization, Mudville is affiliated with many of the largest youth baseball organizations in America including AABC, AAU, CABA, Triple Crown, USSSA and USA Baseball.

The club’s teams have all competed from coast to coast at many national invitational youth JOWestPeoriamud350x233baseball events including the USA Baseball 16U Championships (formally the USA Junior Olympics), world series and regional play at AABC, AAU, USSSA, CABA, Triple Crown Series,  AYB Hall of Fame Invitational at Cooperstown Dreams Park and the Hawaiian World Series. Many of Mudville’s players have competed at international events in Australia, the Dominican Republic and Canada.

A teaching organization at all age levels, Mudville is known for their coach development and required continuing education. Mudville's coaches are registered members of the Washington State Coaches Association (WSCA) and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).
