Re: Connie Mack West Regional Tournament
The 2010 Connie Mack West Regional Tournament will be played from July 28 - Aug 1, 2010 at Bannerwood in Bellevue and Husky Ballpark in Seattle, wood bats are required.
It will be a 12+ team tournament hosted by Mudville and Enfugeo baseball clubs. The tournament will be a true double elimination tournament played in accordance with the approved AABC double elimination brackets.
Please read page 17-18 of the AABC handbook we will use the American League DH rule pitcher only and no re-entry or courtsey runners. The Connie Mack pitching rule will be used. Please read page 29 of the AABC handbook. A pitcher may be removed as a pitcher and play another position; he may return as a pitcher if he was not removed because of trips to the mound.
See page 36 (4) eight run rule after five innings; except championship game.
Any game not legally completed because of weather or other unforseen developments shall be a suspened game and play shall resume at the point of suspension; any game legally completed shall be subject to rule 4.12 (a) of the official baseball rules. See page 23 of the AABC handbook.
We will require each team pay a tournament fee of $350.00 please bring check payable to Mudville Pinnacle to the coaches meeting on July 27th, 7:00 pm, at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue.
Each team must bring the following to the tournament:
**please place your birth certificates, medical releases, roster in a notebook in alphabetical order.
The winner of the tournament will advance to the Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, NM.

Each team/coach will submit a separate team rooming list one week prior to arrival, listing the player’s and parent names. Once this is done, parents/families reserve/pay for their rooms separately using the link above or calling into the hotel.

If this is not an issue or concern then I can activate the reservation link for parents to reserve/pay for their rooms and receive the rooming lists separately for the teams/players.
